Pickles – The Adornment of a Complete Indian Meal
Indian cuisine is famous across the globe
for the use of exotic spices which are exclusively found in India and
pickles have an important place in Indian cuisine. Indians can’t live
without pickles and food is considered incomplete without pickles.
Indians always carry a pickle jar wherever they are travelling across
the globe. Pickles make the food tasty and increases appetite. Any dish
whether a snack or main course food gets enhanced when accompanied with a
good pickle. Every time when I go back to my country I carry 2-3
bottles of pickles usually one of mango, one mixed and one of red-chillies.
